METEO OMNIUM performs preventative and corrective maintenance of meteorological stations of all makes and models (all brands).
To best manage the quality of our maintenance service, we've established a precise methodology, mindful of customer relations.
We are equally able to ensure meteorological station maintenance, including sensors and equipment from various brands.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
We ensure periodical tracking of installed equipment and their proper functioning.
Visit frequency is variable relative to the sites (1 or 2 visits yearly).
After each intervention we prepare and communicate an intervention report. Our methodology allows more efficient preventative maintenance and clear information for the client.
A permanent phone and email contact is guaranteed for optimal follow throughs.
Pre-maintenance preparation :
- Incoming data tracking for pre-diagnostic and determining a list of problems to address
- Maintenance program agreed upon with the client
On the ground :
- Station mechanical maintenance (cables, bolts and other fixations, locks...)
- Electrical maintenance (sensor controls, measurement verification, consistency, and communication of data using certified standards)
- Cleaning maintenance (complete cleaning of the station, its sensors and around the station)
This precise procedure is detailed, and all operations and observations are noted in the maintenance log per station, validated with the client.
After maintenance :
- In short order, transmission of the documented (photos) report summarizing the performed maintenance. Attached at foreseen issues for the year in progress, and individual station maintenance log, calibration certificates (in case a sensor is replaced).
- Remote tracking of station and sensor functions (uptime and data correctness).
CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
We intervene quickly on a non-functional station, analyse the outage reason and repair the necessary equipment or functions.
For this type of intervention, we promise to respond within 24 hours, to intervene within 48 hours and repair within 72 hours.
After each intervention we prepare and communicate an intervention report.
Corrective maintenance picks up the same methodology as preventive maintenance.
During a emergency corrective maintenance, reactivity is of the outmost importance.
Pre-intervention preparation :
- Attempts to solve the problem remotely with the client through phone or email.
- Transmission of intervention procedure chart, with phone assistance.
- Follow-through with the interventions in a single electronic document.
On the ground :
- Station intervention through general verification of its components.
- Transmission of technical intervention log with a report of all manipulations brought about on the ground.
After maintenance :
- Remote follow up of the station's, and sensor's good operations.
- Incoming data tracking for pre-diagnostic and determining a list of problems to address
- Maintenance program agreed upon with the client
